These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from www.elleandil.com to consumers. elle&il do not guarantee that all items in the webshop are in stock at all times. If the consumer has bought an item that is unavailable, elle&il reserves the right to cancel the order from the consumer. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by elle&il.
elle&il will handle all orders within 2 working days.
elle&il offers free shipping within Norway. Norwegian orders will arrive at the customer’s postal address within 3-5 days* from the day the shipping confirmation is received by the consumer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If the buyer wants to return an order they need to submit a formal notice to elle&il within 2-days after receiving the package. The notice must be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com and elle&il do not pay the transportation costs of this return. The item must always be delivered back to elle&il in the same condition and original packaging as when it was received. Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
If the buyer experience defects on an item bought from elleandil.com they need to submit a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A photograph and explanation of the defect need to be included. elle&il will reply to all emails within one working day.
TAXES & DUTIES
All prices in the webshop are shown in NOK and therefore include Norwegian VAT of 25%.
elle&il accept the following payment cards in the web shop; Visa and Mastercard via PayPal and Stripe.Payment is debited from the buyer’s card once the order is placed.
